With over 16 years of experience in the field of UX design and product design, the user-centred approach always counts for me \u2013 from the research phase to the first scribbles, wireframes, prototyping, implementation and further development. With the help of appropriate methods, it is not only important for me to achieve strategic and corporate goals through digital solutions, but above all to reach the users themselves. Janine is easily one of the most analytical, thorough and reliable UX designers I have worked with. She has an incredible amount of expertise and a wealth of experience in the conception and implementation of employer branding measures.
