UX DESIGN FOR THE NEW SERVICE PLATFORM OF THE PAYMENT PROVIDER BS PAYONE
Challenge
Business operators have different needs and conditions they face. What they usually want to deal with the least are the daily payment transactions with the customer. Risk management, analytics, tracking, dunning, terminals, contactless payment are just a few of the things you have to deal with as a merchant. The payment provider BS Payone faced these challenges and together we developed the UX design for a new service platform.
