With content.audi, media such as images, videos, sounds, snippets and much more can be found, added to collections, managed and further processed by global agencies.

Challenge

Agencies work for Audi worldwide, regularly developing, managing and rolling out eye-catching campaigns. Audi clips are created and distributed for TV, social media and web presences. The assets, i.e. images, audio files, videos and documents, had to be made available and accessible as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Solution

In various user interviews, we learnt about the needs and challenges faced by agencies working for Audi worldwide when selecting or searching for individual image, video and audio assets.
The necessary functions and user stories were defined by analysing benchmarks and closely observing which tools and software the target group works with and how they integrate as perfectly as possible into their day-to-day work.
Prototypes and UX tests helped us to develop the service to be even more intuitive and user-friendly.

Results

Users can now create their own collections, share them with other colleagues and work on them together. Rights management makes it clear who will ultimately decide which assets are finally selected. If licences are missing for assets, they can be requested quickly and easily. The person responsible for approval is automatically informed and can drive the process forward.
